We're working to pass legislation to decrease and eventually end the use of animals in testing, research and training by promoting the development of innovative and effective alternative methods.
Millions of animals suffering in laboratories need our help, including chimpanzees used in invasive research, rabbits and other animals used in cosmetic and product testing, pigs and goats used in military trauma training and pet dogs and cats sold to research laboratories by Class B dealers. We’re working with Congress to support non-animal research methods and end the most egregious research practices. We’ve made great strides, but much more needs to be done to help animals used in experiments.
